01. Acceptance of Terms & Digital Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "Server Administrator") and the operators of Kira Bot ("Kira", "we", "us", or "our", Discord Application ID: 1518174702533873764).
By authorizing, adding, or maintaining Kira Bot in any Discord guild (server), executing any command via Slash commands (/) or prefix commands (!), or accessing the Kira Bot web dashboard (/dashboard, /admin), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
02. Discord Platform Compliance & Minimum Age
Kira Bot is a third-party application integrated with Discord's developer API. Your use of Kira Bot is strictly contingent upon your continuous compliance with Discord's foundational rules and terms:
Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age of digital consent required in your country, such as 16 in select European jurisdictions) to use Discord and Kira Bot. Any use of Kira Bot by minors under this threshold is strictly prohibited.
03. Description of Services & License
Kira Bot provides Discord servers with an integrated suite of automation, security, and entertainment tools comprising over 437+ commands, including:
- AI Suite: Conversational responses, AI image generation assistance, text summarization, and natural language understanding.
- Music & Audio Streaming: High-definition audio playback, queue management, volume adjustments, and 24/7 voice channel connectivity.
- Anti-Nuke & Server Protection: Real-time defense against mass bans, unauthorized role purges, webhooks creation, and automated raid prevention via honeypot traps.
- Automated Moderation (AutoMod): Filter engines for invite links, toxic behavior, caps lock abuse, scam URLs, and customizable word blacklists.
- Community & Utilities: Support ticket systems with modal creation, level/XP progression, interactive casino/economy modules, and custom welcome cards.
- Web Management Dashboard: Graphical interface for server administrators to configure bot behavior without typing command strings.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to use Kira Bot strictly for lawful community server management in compliance with these Terms.
04. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
To preserve the security, integrity, and performance of Kira Bot for all users, you agree that you will NOT under any circumstance:
- Use Kira Bot to facilitate, coordinate, or participate in raids, mass spam, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or unauthorized direct messaging.
- Intentionally spam bot commands or trigger excessive API calls to induce rate-limiting, denial of service (DoS), or server degradation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, mirror, extract proprietary algorithms, or exploit software vulnerabilities in Kira Bot's codebase or backend API.
- Circumvent or tamper with administrative restrictions, security firewalls, or role verification systems implemented in Kira Bot or the Web Dashboard.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, counterfeit software, or contraband material through Kira Bot's command interfaces, tickets, or bug report portals.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit Kira Bot's services without prior explicit written agreement from the Kira Bot development team.
05. Server Administrator Responsibilities
If you invite Kira Bot to a Discord guild or configure its permissions:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold sufficient administrative permissions in that Discord guild to authorize bot integration.
- You are responsible for configuring role hierarchies, Anti-Nuke whitelist thresholds, and moderation settings appropriately. Kira Bot executes actions based directly on your server configuration.
- You agree to protect access to server management accounts and OAuth2 dashboard sessions. You must immediately notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your server dashboard.
06. Service Availability & Maintenance
Kira Bot operates on high-availability cloud infrastructure with a targeted uptime objective of 99.9%. However:
- Kira Bot and the Web Dashboard are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, shard restarts, and database optimizations. Where practicable, maintenance schedules will be posted in our Discord Support Server.
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during upstream disruptions, including Discord API rate-limiting, Discord Gateway outages, third-party audio provider blocks, or data center network failures.
07. Intellectual Property Rights
All right, title, and interest in and to Kira Bot, including its original source code, web dashboard design, logos, graphics, icons, branding assets, documentation, and database schemas, are and remain the exclusive property of the Kira Bot Engineering Team.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or proprietary rights in Kira Bot. You may not copy, clone, or reproduce our interface, branding, or bot identity for competing public Discord applications without explicit written consent.
08. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Kira Bot team, its developers, contributors, and hosting providers shall NOT be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Kira Bot.
- Actions taken by server moderators or automated moderation engines (such as kicks, bans, role removals, or message deletions) resulting from server misconfiguration or user violations.
- Loss of server configurations, data, virtual economy balances, or level XP resulting from Discord gateway crashes, network outages, or hardware failures.
- Conduct, messages, or content posted by third-party server members within channels where Kira Bot operates.
09. Termination & Service Suspension
You may terminate this agreement at any time simply by kicking or banning Kira Bot from your Discord servers and discontinuing use of our web dashboard.
We reserve the unconditional right to suspend, terminate, or indefinitely blacklist any user, guild, or server from accessing Kira Bot, its API, or the Web Dashboard, with or without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms of Service.
- Your server is flagged for violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Your usage generates excessive API traffic endangering the stability of our bot clusters.
- Required to do so by Discord Inc. or competent legal authorities.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise, update, or alter these Terms of Service at any time. When revisions occur, the revised document will be published immediately on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
Significant modifications affecting user obligations or bot functionality will be announced in our official Discord Support Server. Continued use of Kira Bot or the Web Dashboard following the publication of revised Terms signifies your binding acceptance of the changes.
11. Governing Law & Severability
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. If any individual provision of these Terms is determined by a competent tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
